 Network Biology,develops algorithms and mathematic models for construction and analysis of molecular networks, including protein - protein interaction network and gene regulatory networks, etc. Especially,artificial intelligent approaches will be developed to identify disease biomarkers and possible drug targets based on molecular networks
 Imaging genetics,develops machine learning and data mining approaches to integrate imaging and omics data to understand the mechanisms underlying brain diseases and brain development
